📦 Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.
🚛 Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: Available across mainland UK. Delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and product availability.
- Express Delivery: Select items may qualify for express delivery. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost.
- Click & Collect: Free collection is available from our Maidenhead showroom. You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
📍 Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to mainland UK only. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or offshore locations, please contact us for a custom quote.
📦 Delivery Charges
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Orders over a certain value may qualify for free delivery—details will be shown at checkout.
🧱 Tile Deliveries
- Tiles are heavy and fragile. Deliveries are made kerbside only unless otherwise arranged.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours.
🔁 Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
- If no one is available to accept the delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delays.
❗ Damages & Discrepancies
- Inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any issues (damaged tiles, incorrect items), notify us within 24 hours by emailing support@cavtiles.co.uk with photos and your order number.
