What champion service from David Champion at Altwood tiles! He is a super star in my book. Dave help me with a bespoke tiled table top. The end result is stunning and a million times better than the glass top I accidentally broke. Altwood tiles stand for all the advantages of using a local, independent retailer/specialist. They care and it is SO refreshing. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Always friendly and helpful with lots of choice. We found everything we needed for our new shower room and kitchen. They even lent us samples to compare with granite slabs for example.

Great store and staff! They have a brilliant range with some really contemporary and quirky stuff, sleek modern options and also classic/timeless styles. Very impressed with the range! Staff were so friendly and helpful - highly recommend!

A great selection of tiles available to order at very competitive prices. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing that they buy back extra tiles if you don’t use them all. A true local gem!

I have used Caversham tiles my entire working career and know that the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or queries I have about any products or tiles that customers have either ordered from Caversham tiles or have ordered from other suppliers. I personally would not go anywhere else for my adhesive, grout, tiles or advice

Was told I could return unopened boxes of tiles in person when ordering and again when adding to the order on the phone as we done two bathrooms in the house not just the one. Fitters went back with couple of boxes today the stock items were refunded, however the special order items weren’t welcome back. I understand you have this policy but my objection is that on 2 occasions you failed to tell me the details of what could or couldn’t be returned. When I say to you on your counter can anything be returned and you reply yes only full boxes it feels like you have miss informed me. From one local company to another sorry I won’t be back.
