THE EVOLUTION OF OLD ENGLAND Althaus is the natural evolution of the iconic Old England series, created to expand the decorative possibilities of traditional encaustic-style floors. As the manufacturer states, “Althaus, evolution of the Old England collection. Graphics designed to expand the product range of the series, considering the impact and success of the initial project.” This full-body porcelain tile features an R10 non‑slip surface, making it suitable for both domestic and commercial environments.
DESIGN: LIBERTY, CLASSIC & RETRO
The collection blends Liberty, Classic and Retro-inspired motifs in a compact 20×20 cm format. It is particularly suited to renovations of historic buildings, where its decorative patterns and coordinated colour palette create an authentic yet contemporary feel.
The addition of new tones such as Bristol and Oxford enhances its modern versatility.

INSTALLATION GUIDANCE Althaus is a non‑rectified porcelain tile. Laying without joints is strongly discouraged. The manufacturer recommends joints of at least 3 mm in accordance with UNI 11493. Proper post‑installation cleaning and suitable detergents are essential for best results.
